Koz & Company provides a complimentary initial consultation, the primary purpose of which will be to understand your needs, discuss your current living situation, your daily experiences, and any challenges you may be facing. We acknowledge that this is a life change and will approach it in a sensitive and caring manner. Assessing your requirements and developing a plan to address your essentials will be the major focus of our efforts. We additionally welcome family members to be included in our consultations.
Sorting of Valuables
Your items of personal property may have both practical and sentimental components to them and we will take care to be respectful of both as we safeguard things for you. In doing so, we will prioritize your needs and desires. Your input will be important as the sorting is done.
Selling on Fb Marketplace
You may choose to sell certain items as the sorting process progresses. Through experience, we have learned the best sites through which to conduct such sales. We will handle the placement of the ads necessary to sell such property, and upon sale, will deliver the items to the buyers and securely remit all funds to you.
Packing
Respecting your property, we will take great care to properly pack your items, whether for storage or moving to a new residence. We all have significant experience and have learned how to properly preserve items.. Our initial packaging materials are reasonably priced and we pass along to clients all materials at wholesale prices.
Moving
While Koz & Company does not actually move your property, through our years of experience in the real estate industry, we have worked with a number of reputable and reliable movers, and we will assist you in finding one to handle all of your moving needs.
Storing
Throughout the years, we have learned of the facilities available for storage of our clients’ assets. For clients needing storage for their property, we can help you find a storage facility which best serves your needs.
Staging
All Together Home Staging is available to serve all of your home staging needs as you prepare your house for market. Kathy’s experience has proven that homes properly staged bring a greater return on sale, much higher than the cost of the staging. We create the home to be photo ready to bring online buyers in.
Real Estate Sales
Kathy (since 2017) and John (since 2013) have been licensed real estate agents, serving their clients in the St. Louis area. They stand ready to assist you in the sale of your home. Both are strong in writing and negotiating contracts and creating listings.
