KATHY KUSMEC (Owner and Founder) Kathy has long had a passion for seniors and saw an opportunity to serve the senior community helping them through the often-challenging transition to the next chapter of their life. Kathy brings a wealth of experience with her to Koz & Company, owns All Together Home Staging, LLC, and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2017. She has personally experienced the challenges of downsizing and has learned what works and what doesn’t work. In doing so, she has developed an even deeper passion for helping others to go through the same stage of life.
JOHN PATRICK (Employee) John spent nearly 45 years practicing law, with much of his practice having been devoted to real estate, contract law, and working with families during critical periods of their lives. Along with being a licensed real estate agent since 2013, he has moved several times in recent years, he has become adept at decluttering, packing and moving.
